Feel more at ease in your body again

Acupuncture & Shiatsu for stress, pain, and nervous system balance in West Cork

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, run down, in pain, or simply not yourself, you’re not alone.

Many of the people I work with come to me when something feels “off” — whether that’s ongoing stress, anxiety, physical discomfort, or a deeper sense of imbalance in the body.

Acupuncture and Shiatsu offer a gentle, effective way to support your body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and restore balance.

How I can Support yo:

I work with people experiencing:
- Stress, anxiety, and burnout
- Sleep issues and fatigue
- Chronic pain (back, neck, headaches)
- Hormonal imbalance and women’s health concerns
- Digestive issues
- A general sense of disconnection or low energy

Treatments are tailored to you as an individual — not just your symptoms — supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.

What to expect

Your first session is a space to slow down and be listened to.

We’ll talk through what’s been going on for you, and your treatment will be designed around your needs. Sessions may include acupuncture, shiatsu, and other supportive techniques depending on what will best help your body.

Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

About me

I’m a licensed acupuncturist with over 10 years’ experience in holistic healthcare.

My approach is gentle, attentive, and grounded in the belief that the body has an innate capacity to heal when given the right support.

I’m particularly interested in supporting people with stress-related conditions and helping regulate the nervous system in a sustainable way.
